We are looking to hire creative and responsible individuals to join our fast-paced real estate firm. Applicants must be a team player who is willing to learn different kinds of software and new computer techniques. The responsibilities of a listing agent will be as follows:

  • Build a network of clientele
  • Check and respond to all emails to a timely manner
  • Notify the listing team about any changes in inventory
  • Assist owners and managers with specific tasks
  • Maintain an office atmosphere of productivity and collaboration
  • Make telephone calls as deemed appropriate my management
  • Enter data accurately in CTMLS and all other formats
  • Attend training workshops and office meetings as necessary
  • Comply with all Connecticut Real Estate laws and regulations
Some of the skills required for this job are as follows:

  • Efficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc…)
  • Strong telephone communication skills
  • Knowledge of how to navigate the Internet quickly and efficiently
