When listing with Browning & Browning Real Estate, LLC, there are many questions you may wish to have answered:
- Will my home be placed on the internet?
Yes, we have our own web site (please visit it) browningandbrowning.com. Your home will also be placed on many other web sites including realtor.com.
- Where will my home be advertised?
Your home will be advertised according to the needs of your home. In other words, if it is a horse property, we will place it in an equestrian publication or an antique home, in an antique publication along with local advertising. Properties are advertised according to their area and need.
- Do you do virtual tours on house?
Yes, depending on the price range of your home and the size of the rooms. If the rooms are too small the virtual tour cannot get the “sweep” or angle it needs.
- Will my agent be available if I need to ask a question?
Yes, your agent will give you many ways to reach him/her. We encourage our clients & customers to use voice mail if they are trying to reach their agent. The voice mail gives an accurate message of your questions and you can also leave an alternate phone number if you are not going to be home. Our voice mail is state of the art and allows time for a lengthy message.
- Will my agent be a Full Time Agent?
Yes, when we assign an agent to go to your home, it will be an agent that works entirely in real estate.
- I need to get a specific price for my home. Will my agent let me put that price on my home?
The agent will do a comparative market analysis (CMA) on your home. The price is determined by the value of your home on the CMA plus your input along with the agent's input.
- I am moving out of the area. Can my agent help me with that?
Yes, we have a vast referral network and we will set up appointments for you within our network of competent REALTORS throughout the United States.
- What is my next step?
